Manufacturing
Production, from conductor stranding to finished cable
Every ANTONG cable passes through stranding, extrusion, cabling, and testing stages under one roof, giving us direct control over consistency.
How We Manufacture
From Raw Material to Finished Cable
A controlled five-stage process ensures every meter of cable meets electrical and mechanical specification before it leaves the factory.
Raw Material Intake
Incoming copper, aluminum, and insulation compound inspection.
Conductor Stranding
Precision conductor stranding for consistent conductivity and flexibility.
Extrusion & Insulation
XLPE and PVC extrusion under continuous thickness and eccentricity control.
In-Line Testing
Electrical, spark, and dimensional testing at every production stage.
Packing & Dispatch
Drum winding, labeling, and packaging ready for shipment.
Production Equipment
Machinery built for precision at scale
Our production lines are maintained and calibrated to keep dimensional and electrical tolerances consistent across every batch.
Extrusion Lines
18 extrusion lines for XLPE and PVC insulation and sheathing.
Stranding Line
1 stranding line for conductor assembly.
Cabling Lines
2 cabling lines for multi-core cable formation.
In-House Testing
Electrical, mechanical, and dimensional testing for outgoing quality inspection.

Process Control
Batch traceability from raw material to shipment
Every production run is logged against raw material certificates, in-process inspection records, and final test reports. This traceability allows us to respond quickly to technical queries and provide documentation packages for customs and project compliance.
Combined with our in-house laboratory, this process control lets us hold tight dimensional and electrical tolerances across large production volumes without sacrificing consistency between batches.
