Quality & Certificates
Quality management and certification behind every cable
Our quality system governs raw material intake, in-process inspection, and final testing, backed by verified certifications.
Testing Protocol
Four stages of verification, on every batch
Quality is checked continuously through production, not only at final inspection, so issues are caught and corrected before cable reaches the drum.
Electrical Testing
Conductor resistance, insulation resistance, and high-voltage withstand testing performed on every production batch.
Material & Compound Testing
Insulation and sheath compounds are tested for tensile strength, elongation, and thermal aging against raw-material certificates.
Dimensional Inspection
Conductor diameter, insulation thickness, and overall cable diameter are measured continuously during extrusion.
Type & Routine Testing
Type tests are performed per relevant IEC/GB/T standards on qualification, with routine and sample tests on every shipment batch.
